This policy covers all cancellations or changes to training which has been booked with Real Response.

$^1$We understand that students may experience extenuating circumstances that prevent them from attending the course on the scheduled date. These may include, but are not limited to illness, family or personal matters, accidents etc. Where the student can successfully provide evidence to support their claim, course fees may either be transferred to the next available course where applicable free of charge, or a refund of unused course fees will be issued. Any such circumstances will be assessed by management and must be submitted through the form or email. Please note that if Real Response is not notified of non-attendance before training, applications will not be considered, unless the student can illustrate that their circumstances prevented them from doing so.

$^2$Applicable for one date change only

$^3$If non-refundable travel expenses are incurred the client will be required to pay these on-top of the deposit in the case of a cancellation or modification
